Data We Handle
CMA On Demand™ collects property information, comparable-sale data, uploaded documents, professional branding, and account details necessary to build and deliver your CMA presentations.
Multi-Tenant Isolation
Your data is isolated to your authorized account. Other customers cannot access your clients, properties, reports, uploaded documents, branding, billing, or personalized property administration.
Seller-Facing Presentations
Personalized property pages are non-indexed by default, do not expose seller names in URLs, and display only approved seller-facing content. Private seller circumstances — such as mortgage balance, liens, divorce, bankruptcy, or financial hardship — are never surfaced merely because they exist in the underlying analysis.
File Security
Uploaded property profiles and comparable reports are stored with controlled access. We do not create permanently public raw-file URLs for private uploads where secure access is available.
Auditability
We maintain private audit records for security-sensitive events including account creation, CMA submission, payment status, report generation, and personalized page activation. Audit information is never exposed to customers.
