Terms of Service

1. Service

CMA On Demand™ provides professional property value, market positioning, and pricing strategy presentation services to licensed real estate professionals. By purchasing or using a CMA, you agree to these terms.

2. Proprietary Rights

CMA On Demand's proprietary materials — including its software, report architecture, presentation framework, analytical methodology, decision logic, automation, prompts and instructions, scoring and weighting systems, templates, and proprietary processes — are owned exclusively by CMA On Demand and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase of a CMA grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to present the completed report and personalized property page to your seller/client. It does not transfer ownership of any CMA On Demand system, methodology, template, or underlying process.

3. Permitted Use

Completed CMA reports and personalized property pages are licensed for presentation to the seller/client associated with the subject property. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage CMA On Demand materials as a standalone product.

4. Professional Responsibility

CMA On Demand presentations are decision-support tools and do not replace the professional judgment of a licensed real estate professional. Pricing recommendations are opinions based on provided data and should be reviewed alongside your market expertise and applicable agency and fair-housing obligations.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Access to private data is scoped to your authorized account; you may not attempt to access another customer's account, clients, properties, reports, or files.

6. Privacy

Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sensitive seller circumstances are never surfaced on seller-facing presentations merely because they exist in the underlying analysis.

7. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due before CMA processing begins.

Because CMA On Demand™ provides a customized professional service prepared for a specific property and customer, all sales are final and fees are non-refundable once processing of the CMA has begun.

A refund may be issued if a technical failure attributable to CMA On Demand™ prevents the service from being completed or the purchased CMA from being delivered and CMA On Demand™ is unable to correct the failure.

Refunds are not provided solely because:

• the customer disagrees with an estimated sale price, pricing recommendation, market analysis, or strategic recommendation;
• market conditions change after the CMA is prepared;
• information supplied by the customer is inaccurate, incomplete, or later changes;
• the seller chooses not to list or sell the property;
• a transaction does not close or produces a different sale price; or
• the customer no longer needs or wishes to use the completed service.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
